Can I return an item?
We hope you enjoy your purchase! If you are not satisfied, you can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: Items purchased during promotional periods are final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged. We recommend that you carefully review your order before completing a purchase of promotional items.
How to return an item?
If you are not completely satisfied with a non-promotional item, you can return it within 14 days of receiving it, provided that:
The item is unused.
The item is returned in its original packaging.
All tags and hangtags are intact.
The item shows no signs of wear or damage.
For the sake of fairness, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Return Shipping
* Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. All returns must be sent back with a tracking code.
* The sender is responsible for the shipment until the goods arrive safely at our location.
Refunds
* Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days.
Damaged Goods
* If your goods arrive damaged, we are here to help.
* Damaged or defective goods can be replaced within 30 days of receipt. Damaged goods are not refundable; only replacements are supported.
* Please check your order upon receipt. If there are any problems, please contact us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right not to accept any return/exchange if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition.
You will be informed if we propose to reject your refund/exchange; you may choose to have the product sent back to you at your own expense.
